Custom "Resource Limit Hit" page?

I was wondering if we could have our own Resource Limit Hit page. I recently hit mine a few days ago, and the page x10 shows ain't that nice, and few visitors didn't even understand what was happening. Perhaps I could put a custom message like "under maintenance" or something so that would look more professional perhaps ;P

Was just wondering, if any of you know how to, if it is possible at all, then please let me know


And no, don't tell me to upgrade my hosting atm. That's not what my question asks.
