Here's some rough prices (there's deals for bulk):

Creative logo: 250c (Will take a fair while) (EXAMPLE: The style of the d3sign logo)
Logo: 150c
Header (like above):100c
Sig: 75c
Userbars: 20c

Buttons are special:

With text:
45c each, 15c for each extra button that is the same but has different text. They'll be 60c each (and 25c for each extra) if you want three states.

Without text (add your own):
30c each (45c for three states)

Please don't forget that if your design is rather complex, I will charge extra.
