Dark Clan Layout

Im working on a layout for a friends clan page.

This is what iv got sofar please rate and comment on it.

8/10, as its not really my choice of colours, but I love the header. I would proberly introduce a bit of red in there maybe?

I love the overall layout and look except for the buttons. Have you tested putting some text on them because it might be harder to read because of the wave-like pattern there.
