Data backup and recovery

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I would like to know about how I can backup and restore data from my website, including the databases I create. Is there any automatic backup service? Or is there any way I could backup all data to my cloud storage like Dropbox or Google Drive?

Well, first, if you do have a hosting account here at X10Hosting, are you able to use FileZilla (or any legitimate FTP client) to see about backing up your site files that way?

Also, in the case of databases, I believe that phpMyAdmin is able to do that part of the backup process.

actually, by using ftp softwares, as far as I know, there is no automated or scheduled backup solution. Thats why I asked.
