data missing but folders there

my hosting account at mynetzsellutions.x10.mx had multiple files which accumalted to about 2 gigs. the file structure is still there but the files are gone and i know there was a suspesnion for inactivity but i was wondering while the filess in the folders are gone . the root files still are as my domain still links correctly to my webiste locally hosted on your sever.

is there a way to recover the files or know why they were deleted?!

I assume the missing files were each larger than 10 MiB

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size that have been on the server for more than 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts - see --> [ https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/news.196269/ ]

this is now within the 'Terms of Service' (TOS) at [ File Storage ] - see --> [ https://x10hosting.com/legal/terms-of-service ]

yep so how can i get access to the daily backups so i can download them and offsite them to local storage. i don't want to lose the information up their. yep i didnt read frequently the TOS. and i saw the change went in to effect around april 1st. guess im the fool since i didht see this march 31st.

im willing to possibly upgrade to premium since i do want to host certain types of files as well. but most important now is getting the files back

Do you still need access to your files \ have you retrieved them from the backup system?
