Database backup ??

Hi i was kind of hoping if someone could point out how to do a database backup for my nike site as I have no idea how to do this and do not want to loose any data..

Or some links to a tutorial please

If you go into PHPMyAdmin through your control panel you should be able to use the export feature to export your database to a file you can download.
