Database crash then suspension

So.. I was in the process of updating http://gdcnetwork.co.cc/blogcast when I got a 500 server error, then a database connection error, and then my account was suspended. I can't access cpanel or anything. As far as I know, there's nothing illegal or against TOU on my account (I've already been told hosting multiple sites off the one account was fine, and multiple wordpress blogs was fine as well). I'm also not seeing how I could've spiked anything, since my blogs are barely touched by viewers.

Any chance this can be checked out, and either fixed, or a reason behind this given?

You were suspended for high resource usage. The 500 error will kick in if the script goes over the execution time limit and may then cause you to also be suspended. You can normally unsuspend yourself through the account panel under the 'hosting' tab, although I did it for you this time.
You may want to consider doing the update manually, as it is very possible the same thing will happen again.
