database error even after checking config.php and re-adding users

Hi, I get a database error when trying to access my website friendsfromscratch.ca
so i dunno what to check next. If its any help the website was working last night before the mySQL move... what else could be broken?
any ideas will help

When you added the user back, did you check "ALL" on the Permissions screen? It is unchecked by default.

and to the previous comment, i was under the assumption that all the updates are done...

Ok, its fixed...
If you have the same problem, not only check that the localhost is set, also make sure the password in the config file matches the one on mySQL on cPanel
