Database Error on Cossacks.x10

Here goes.. this is a report, my database on Cossacks.x10 is down i guess, basically database error on my WordPress.

INFO that might help you to help me:
- cPanel Service status look fine except : Disk /dev/sda3 (/usr) status gone red 93% for 15 minutes already.
- SMTP on Cossacks : is offline from (Link)
- phpMyAdmin is down..
