IPS Driver Error

I dunno what is going on here, my invision powered board was working fine a few hours ago, but it stopped working and started coming up with this error. I did change my cpanel password while someone is uploading files for me, but he swore he never touched the database or forums, and my joomla powered website still works, so i don't think hes touched the database at all, also hes a very trusted friend and don't see why he would do such a thing.
I have another friend who suggested it might be because my host changed mysql server or something like that, could somebody help me please?
