Database Inaccessible

I know the migration is over, but I still cannot access MySQL databases. First of all, all of my site contents that require database connections have turned into HTTP 500 errors. Also, when I try to take a look at the MySQL databases through PHPMyAdmin, it gives me a 500 error also.

My website name is www.umineko.ca and my account name is umineko.
