Help, please. I've tried SMF and PHPbb2, I've also tried upgrading my php.

This is definitely a PHP version issue. Did you get the upgrade via your cPanel? What version of php do you have listed there.

I just upgraded from the basic, to the Intermediate (5.2.4). I'll wait for a couple of hours, I hope it eventually works.

you have to wait 12 hours for the server to update after your upgrade is aproved
