Hello to alll the community.

Is there an option to erase the prefix that the cPanel adds to every database name/user I create from it?

For example I add a database with the name "joomla", and it creates a "jfromeo_joomla" database. Same with users, I add a "jfromeo" user and I get a "jfromeo_jfromeo".

Many thanks in advance.

The prefix is so that there is no conflicting database names between users. By prefixing it with your own username, you can name them joomla or wordpress. Without the prefix, you couldn't do this as one of the first accounts on the server would take it up.
