Sorry to post this here. But just in case you check this before the tickets made in one's control panel, I'm posting here as a followup to ticket # $4062 for DaveZan.com.
Initially I kept getting the resource exceeded message, even though the database my site's connecting to is currently empty. Now it's just showing the default web page error message, and posting an ordinary text index page doesn't seem to help.
