Database problem

i have a wordpress blog at this domain: http://pinkmaria.x10hosting.com/
yesterday i posted a new post and my friends some comments, and i also updated my blogroll.
Today all of them have been disappeared.why????

Don't know if this will help but there are some intermittent problems with the MySql databases while the server upgrades are going ahead. I have had a few myself, but they usually sort themselves out after a bit. If it's not sorted after 24hrs post here again and a member of staff will get back to you.
