Database Sweeping

I can't delete MySQL databases.
I am on stoli server. Database names are scorch94_blog and scorch94_smf1. Can anyone help me?

Darn! I can't even create new database!
I really want this as soon as possible. Please, people!

OK, thanks for the link but I have a question tho.
I deleted everything from the old site, now I want to remove databases (new project). I changed host name to stoli.x10hosting.com. Now... should it be the only host for databases?
And why can't I remove/add databases still?
