Database table gone

[uptime2]

Not sure what happened but the MySQL tables under the account 'uptime' are gone. They were still there and fine 15 minutes ago. Help?
Edit:
Anybody? They're still missing and I'd like to know what exactly happened so maybe I can prevent it in the future (if it's my doing).

I restored your database from a backup, we do not normally do this so please make sure you create your own backups.
