database unavailable..?

ok well i got everything set up on this thing i wanna use called promisance... but when i go to login in, it says the database is unavailable.... how do i fix this?

Did you setup your db name and password correctly? (assuming this is mySQL)

no im pretty sure that its not that because when it was working it still didnt

I'm pretty sure that it is because not only that my database doesn't work for couple of hours, but whole site is down now.
