Database User Privileges

I've gone through extensive checks and optimizations, yet I still get this error returned:
This query could not be successfully executed because SELECT command denied to user 'azsim_az'@'10.33.248.80' for table 'users'

The user has all privileges, yet the error insists that it does not. ):

Try going to cPanel --> MySQL Databases

Drop the user from the database
Add the user back, making sure to check ALL PRIVILEGES

Sometimes the privileges get messed up and you have to re-attach the user.

I dropped and added the user.
Still get the same message.

It is set to all privliges... :/
