None of my databases are working.
I didn't know how to report this so I came here

In the config settings, have you set the database host to localhost?

Edit:
I have realised my problem

as i use the auto installer in the c panel
it has not set the data base to localhost as mentioned above.

You're not dumb. Right before your account migrated to the new Chopin server, the server settings changed to only allow localhost to be used in configuration. Before, it was correct to be mysql-chopin.x10hosting.com Localhost just makes it easier now so that it'll defer to whatever server you're on to work.
