Please restore my database with the most recent, I had problem with my account using ftp it was showing the recent themes installed but the site admin panel on my smf forum was not. Please try again and keep up the good work!

you have to have made your own backups. if you did back them up in phpmyadmin go to import and use the file. if you used cpanel's backup then go to backup and select the file.

x10 does not keep backups of a clients databases. We only do backups if we intend to do updates like we did over the past 30 days or so. That is up to the owner of the account to do. Free accounts require pretty much 100% client care. Unless there is server issues on our part. So my suggestion to you and everyone else is to always back up your sites on a frequent basis. This will ensure that you will always have a copy of the data you need at all times.
