databases missing

I get this error message:
Error establishing a database connection


When I check in cpanel, it says I have no SQL databases. Is there anyway this can be restored?

I installed wordpress with fantastico previously, and I see files are still there, just not the databases or the users.

Hello,

I have restored all three of your databases. In order to re-create the users, check for the usernames/passwords in your config scripts, for wordpress it's wp-config.php.
