DB Character Set?

I'm trying to install moodle.
It has asked me to ensure my database is set to the unicode character set (UTF-8)
Any ideas on how to do this?

I believe that the default character set is UTF-8
If it is giving you issues, go into phpmyadmin and check if "MySQL connection collation: " is set to one of the UTF options like "utf8_general_ci"
