Seems like Mysql server is down which is causing all these database connection error problem

Back-ends are down, server is up.
It's either a software problem, or the MySQL server is a gateway to other servers (back-ends), and they are down.

Currently we have some issues with MySQL service on Lotus, the admins are working to solve this issue now.
