DB error

there was a problem with a database - writes that Error establishing a database connection although in a configuration file all tuning is prescribed correctly. I ask to help

Try this:
Go to cPanel and click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the allowed list (without quotes)
Then try loading your database pages again.
