Deadlock - need to add my domain before can change nameservers to x10hosting

Hi. I have a domain .pt
The x10hosting's nameservers must be authoritative for my domain before I can change to that nameservers in my Registar.

But I can't add (park or addon) my domain in my x10hosting account because the nameservers of my domain are not the x10hosting one.

So I'm in a deadlock situation!

I need that x10hosting staff add my domain.

I have a free account, so I can't create a ticket to contact the x10hosting staff directly.

I was thinking upgrade my account in the future, but now I can't.

So, I need assistance. Are there someone from x10hosting who can help me?
