Dedicated Servers, were

Ok I am soon looking into a cheap, fast, reliable dedicated server for me and some freinds to use. I will require the following

• CentOS 4.3 x86
• AMD Athlon 3200+
• 250 GB serial ATA HD
• cPanel / WHM
• 100 MB Shared Unmitered Line
• 1 GB RAM
• Under $129

If you know of such a place please let me know. I was looking info the DC x10 has, http://layerdtech.com, but they dont have 100 MB unmitered shared lines.
