default page error

Hi, I'm seeing the default x10 page from more than 8 hrs now. I read the announcement about this error, and hoped it'd resolve within 8hrs but it hasn't. Could you please do something about it?

Also, I don't see any option to open support ticket in my account. That need to resolved as well.

Does this look like the help section of the forum?
Do you have a website link?
You can open support ticket from your account portal (not the forum account)
