Default Web Site Page

I'm hosting my website with 1&1 hosting. I've followed the tutorial and set my DNS servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

I've added it through the CPanel (you can login without going through the customer portal, how I got around the DEADBEEF issue) using addon domains, uploaded an index.php, etc.

But whenever I go to chipperyman573.com (my domain), I get this page:



The favicon is there, however. I put the favicon code in index.php.

When I go to chipperyman573.com/index.php, I get the code in my index.php page.

I've cleared my DNS cache, etc. Even refreshed my IP using /release and /renew (I'm guessing that doesn't do anything).

How do I make it so chipperyman573.com goes to chipperyman573.com/index.php?

If it helps, I'm on the vox server.

I'm getting this too. Tried to post about it yesterday, but I was getting a 503 error when posting.
It's been more than 48 hours that it's been like this for me and we no longer have the ability to open a support ticket
