Default Webpage Problem

I have an index page in the server. (index.html)

but only this page appears when loading my site.

http://sathappan.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I get a page with the following text "Enga area ulla varatha..."

If you still can't see your site, please try clearing your browser cache.

Is everything alright in your end now?

Yeah.. everything is fine. if i need to change domain to co.cc (sathappan.x10.mx to sathappan.co.cc) what should i do..? is it just enough if i do in modify hosting account option.
