Delay in new (free) account setup

My request for a new free hosting account is probably close to 12 hours old, and it appears to be still in the queue. I know there's a delay, but the instructions said wait an hour ...

Any info would be helpful ...

New account creation is usually very quick, however, there may be delays if there are a large number of new account creation requests in the queue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
