I have searched on how to delete my account from your hosting services and the solutions do not work. EVEN THE ONE POSTED IN THE KNOWLEDGE BASE. The reasoning behind my removal request is that I did not get my promised 2.5gb of storage that is on your link... nor did I get 45gb of bandwidth. It would be greatly appreciated if you would remove my account, and in return I have sent you some bugs that you need to fix before you get more unhappy people who will write terrible reviews for your hosting service. Your services are in no way "user friendly" and you false advertise. VERY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE!!!!
