( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Your account has been successfully deleted, and you are now welcome to sign up for a new one.

When a ticket is escalated, it only gets closed in the Community Support area; it is still open in the escalated ticket interface. In the future, when you get a ticket escalated, you can click on the colored bar at the top of the page to be taken to your escalated ticket. From there, you can log in with your forum credentials and post all further questions there.
