Firstly just want to thank x10hosting for offering the amazing free service that they do.
I currently run a test wordpress site, and I made the mistake of putting vital files in my theme's directory, and then updating the theme without having a backup to those files (which ofcourse deleted all the files I had stored within that theme's directory)
Now I know x10 have the r1soft backups, but when I access that there seems to be no backups on there, is there anyway to access backups of this site, or are my files gone for good as I am on a free account?
Also, if I upgrade to a premium account is there any chance I can recover those files then (if it's not possible currently with my free account)? Any backup from any date in the past month will do (but the later the better ofcourse)
This is somewhat of an urgent matter for me, and I'm happy to upgrade my account immediately if it can help resolve it.
