Deleted Files advice

I was trying to clean up an unwanted wordpress install and deleted all. I don't have a public_html folder any more, and it seems creating one doesn't help. I cannot get my ftp to work either (maybe no dir?).

Does anyone have any steps/advice to get back to a clean web site service? I've tried loading a simple index.html, but I am just getting a default 404

Any hints welcome, thanks in advance

There is no hosting account attached to the forum account you have posted from, what is the domain of your account so we can find it?
