Deleted FTP, files and folders.

When I accessed my site at around ( October 28 at 11:20 pm ), I got an Error 502 Bad Request. So I logged in to my cPanel hosting account, then I've noticed another problems, the value in "Last login from" and "Disk Space Usage" from the stats in my cPanel is "None Recorded" and "0MB" respectively. This means that i have never accessed my account, and i have no files in my account, and that's not true, because I've hosted a flash gaming site that hosts Mochimedia games and other flash games and i have accumulated some users. I checked in my File Manager. and found that no files are residing. and no folders like "www" "public_html" and so on. So i checked my MySQL databases thru phpMyAdmin, and found out that my databases are intact. Can you help me to solve this problem please? I really need it.
