Deleting my hosting account and relinking a new account

Would it be possible to delete my current hosting account and then me creating a new one and then relinking that one to this account...?

Also, would that have to go through a support ticket?

If so, can you just delete the whole thing and I'll start over.

Whenever I try to log into my account panel for the last three days or so mean my account's been deleted? Can I try create a new account?
