I have opened a previous ticket to resolve the server move issue in which X10Hosting Support were as useless as the Denied cPanel Access when I try to login to my cPanel account. I have had no reply for ages about the issue and I'm not just a free user but domain registered with X10 Domain Hosting, the support I have recieved has clearly wasted my time completely and I demand X10Hosting resolve the issue as soon as possible as I have an inactive free web hosting account! What makes the issue worse is searching other issues exactly the same that have been resolved due to the forum account not being linked to my free web hosting account and I have been left without reply and cPanel access.
