Details required for web hosting

I have created a free web hosting account with X10hosting.com with domain name as "foodiesjoint.elementfx.com", I need the following hosting details - ftp address, ftp username, ftp password, root directory and the web URL

Login to x10hosting.com/control then go to free hosting section and then click on the cpanel button to login to Cpanel and in Cpanel find details about ftp.
