Did not receive my hosting activation email

Hi, I apply for a adless free hosting account and did not receive the activation email. Also when i log into my account http://x10hosting.com/account i get the following message
"In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.

Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!"

I put my cpanel username and I get

"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist"

Can you please help me.

Hello again fedlerner, yes, I did it but still got nothing , if is in your hands, could you please check my contact email address (I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience) but I think that I probably miss write it.

Please post which cPanel username you signed up with, so an Admin can check it.
