different acccounts problems

I have a two user names 7thgem98 / dope-sheet.x10.mx & ds7gem / dopesheet.x10.mx .The first I cant seem to log in to as it has a suspension on the account because I did not visit the x10Hosting forums.Can I find out how to correct this situation .thank you gem

For one thing, the cPanel username for dope-sheet.x10.mx is wrong. 7thgem98 is the forum username attached to that account. Login to the forum with that username, count to five, and then go login to your account panel with that same username. Then, you can unsuspend yourself.
