Different pages

I'm having an issue and I would appreciate it if you could help.

My site http://questers.x10.bz, is a fan site, but I'm having problems adding pages.

In my public_html directly, I created a folder called admin and created an index.php in it. However when I visit http://questers.x10.bz/admin/index.php, it shows the site's homepage (http://questers.x10.bz/index.php).

How can I resolve this?

I seem to be able to view everything except index.php - e.g, I can visit http://questers.x10.bz/admin/login.php, but not http://questers.x10.bz/admin/index.php
