I'm guessing you wonder about databases however.
Host: localhost
Database name: What you set (will have the form: yourusername_databasename)
User: What you set (will have the form: yourusername_databaseuser)
Pass: What you set
To create a database and user for it, login to the hosting control panel and go to "Account Manager" -> "MySQL Manager". Click "Create New Database" and fill in the required information and then click the green button: "create database".
