Directory structure destroyed

I had a friend upload the website to my home directory and he was using Frontpage and it destroyed the baseline directory structure. Is there a way to recreate / fix that? Is it something that I can fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're not using frontpage you can delete everything in public_html, just don't delete public_html itself.
