Disappeared off the database

Let me start by saying hello X10 hosting! and thank you for the great services you provide.

I have a problem though, yesterday my account was created and i installed phpnuke on my site and everything worked fine. I placed the "Advanced" advertising code on my header.php and that worked okay too.

But today my site has been down for quite some time, its not just the site..its my cPanel and also my customer login. I have checked the threads that i thought i had to before posting a query and i see that all your services seem to be online. I also have not seen any other people posting about this problem Today.

Can anyone help me or give me some additional information about what happened and when it will be fixed?

Thank you in advance, i hope ive done everything right and this post doesnt seem impatient.

Works for me, the only thing I could guess is you're blocked by the firewall. I just checked the IP you posted with and it's not listed. Can you PM me your IP.

Well it is very strange that i seem to be the only one that cant access my own website. Everyone else i have asked seems to be able to view it. I would be interested to know if i could view yours Tabitha. Very strange

I find it interesting that sites with url under the format "http://domain.x10hosting.com" I cant view! It instantly says that the page cannot be found. I hope this information can shed some more light on the topic

I checked the firewall for your IP, it was not there.

Try going to run and type in "cmd"

from the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns

See if that works. All the sites are online for me.
