Disk is full!

I cant upload a file because my ftp access program says "The Disk Is Full"
How come i get this error in an unlimited hosting package???
Will the same thing happen also when i switch over to a paid plan???

Hello,

The server itself is giving the error, not your account. In other words, the hard drive is probably full or the quota has been reached. I have alerted staff; please be patient.
This problem is unlikely on premium, as are most other issues experienced on free hosting.
