Disk quota exceeded

Hi, i've currently have exceeded my disk space, and when i tried to delete some files, i got this error,

Unable to create trash folder. You do not seem to have the necessary permissions! (System Error: Disk quota exceeded)

it seems that im stuck... I have no idea why it dint warn me when i've exceeded my diskspace via FTP. Erm mind if admins help me out?...

If possible, help me delete this folder called "delete" in:
public html > 5waty > delete

So the FTP client gives you that error (the one you quoted)? Try deleting via cPanel's file manager, if that doesn't work I'm sure an administrator can delete what needs deleting for you easily.

Nope, the 1 i quote is via cPanel, i cant even login my FTP, no idea why... :nuts:
