Hi,
I suddenly can not update any plugin anymore, this error appears:
Update failed: Could not create directory.
When I do this manually on the FTP server, I get the message:
550 Can't create directory: Disk quota exceeded
I want to backup my website, but got the same error.
Is there a possibility to upgrade my limit temporary so I can download a backup, I don't want to lose all of my settings.
