After recently logging in to cPanel, and checking my "disk usage", I noticed that it was a little higher than I expected. I then checked "Disk Usage Viewer" under the "Site Management" category, and I was about 20mb lower than what was displayed on the home page of cPanel.
I am suspecting that possibly a "full backup" (completed through "backups" in cPanel) done a few months earlier may be the problem, and at that time the backup was at least that size! Since then I have changed subdomain, so I have no idea whether the old backup is still counting for disk space that I actually am not using!
Could an Admin or Account Manager look into this, because disk space is quite precious to me , and possibly rectify this issue, and if the backup is still there, delete it ???
Edit: Oh, Almost Forgot:
