Disk Space Usage full?

I have my 500 mb as disk space usage, checked with "disk usage" looks like 499 are on public_html but in true I don't have even 20mb used there.

How can I solve this?

EDIT: Looks like the error log had 490 MB. In so many files I really missed it.
